How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail.

  • You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization.
  • You can invite users with the existing email address.
  • If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM.
  • You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk) 
In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only
The Import options are self explanatory.

Directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization 

This can be achieved once you add, verify the domain you own. 

After this, You may go to ZohoMail Control Panel > User Details > Add User section.

Invite users to your Organization
 
You may use their existing email address (provided mails can be received to that address) where a link from you is sent to them and upon confirmation they will be added to your Organization.

You can then go to ZohoMail, Control Panel > User Details > (select) User > (go to) Mail Accounts >  Create a Mailbox for that invited user.

What to do when you add a user and they go to the Invitation list?

      This happens when the user (email address) you are trying to add has already created an account in Zoho.
  • If they have not created any Organization in ZohoMail then they can join your Organization.
  • If they have created an Organization unintentionally, then they need to go to Control Panel > Dash Board > Delete the Organization from ZohoMail. After this, they can become part of your Organization.
