How to monitor hybrid projects?

How to monitor hybrid projects?

Hybrid project management sounds great, but, with projects being run on different project management methods, how can we monitor the overall progress and derive insights from them?

If you've got this question as well, Zoho Projects Plus’ dashboards have got you covered.

Dashboards, available in the Home Screen of ProjectsPlus, are a centralized monitoring hub with dashboards and reports to track projects run using structured, agile, and hybrid project management methods. While Zoho Projects Plus’ flexible platform allows teams to choose the project management technique they prefer, its hybrid dashboards assist in monitoring the progress, irrespective of the technique on which the project runs.

The Projects tab allows you to track all the structured projects, providing you with dashboards on personal, portfolio, and individual project levels. Learn more about Projects' Dashboards.

The Sprints tab tracks all the Agile projects with an in-built dashboard for every project created. Learn more about Sprints' Dashboards.

The Analytics tab serves as a collective space to track the projects run using Projects, Sprints, and the ‘blend-of-both’ hybrid methods. Analytics provides a bunch of ready-made reports and dashboards highlighting the key parameters of Projects, Sprints, and the hybrid methods. Learn more about Analytics' Dashboards

You can also get a more detailed view of the hybrid dashboards or create customized reports and dashboards by navigating to Analytics in the left panel.

From individual tracking in Projects or Sprints to combined tracking of hybrid projects, the Dashboard provides a comprehensive view with a wide range of reports to efficiently track the progress.
