Zoho PDF Editor's dashboard is a one-stop place to upload, sort, share PDF files, and more. This article will explore the various capabilities that Zoho PDF Editor's dashboard offers.

A few highlights of Zoho PDF Editor's dashboard:

  1. Upload and open PDFs: You can upload PDFs up to 50 MB or 150 pages from your desktop or from cloud drives (Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, or Zoho WorkDrive). You cannot upload encrypted or password-protected files to PDF Editor.
  2. View PDFs: View and access all the PDFs you've created, accessed, and edited—conveniently organized into the following categories:
    1. Recents: PDFs you opened or edited recently
    2. My Documents: PDFs you uploaded
    3. Shared with me: PDFs that where shared with you
    4. Favorites: PDFs you favorited
    5. Trash: PDFs you deleted
  3. List and grid views: Easily switch from the PDF dashboard.
  4. Share PDFs: Share PDFs with colleagues using predefined access permissions.
  5. Sort PDFs: Sort your PDFs based on the file name, or its last modified, opened, or created date.
  6. Search PDFs: Search and retrieve PDFs using the file's title.
  7. Rename and delete PDFs: Rename and delete PDFs from within the dashboard.
