Populate Data from Zoho Creator to Zoho Sheet

Any recommendations for the use case below?
Use Case:
1. Extract all projects along with their related tasks, timesheets, and issues and create a consolidated file
 
Initial Approach:
2. A scheduled workflow will trigger in Zoho Creator to extract the data from Zoho Project.
3. The data will be stored in Zoho Creator.
4. Upon project creation in creator, the related information will be pulled from Zoho Projects to minimize the heavy task.
5. A file will be created in Zoho Sheet to populate the extracted information.
 
Encountered Limitations:
-Maximum number of tabs: 256
-Maximum number of columns: 1024
 
 
-The client does not want one file per project; the data must be consolidated into a single file.

Preffered design is one sheet per task(consolidated task per project) and 1 sheet for timesheet(consolidated timsheet per project) and one sheet for issue(consolidated issue per project). So from time to time it add more sheet that might reach the limit. I have attached a file the design that I have initially setup.
