Professional Plan not activated after payment

I purchased the Professional Plan for 11 users (Subscription ID: RPEU2000980748325) on 12 September 2025, and the payment has been successfully processed.

However, even after more than 24 hours, my CRM account still shows “Upgrade” and behaves like a trial account. I am still unable to invite users.

This is very disappointing — despite Zoho being such a large company, I have not been able to receive proper support for 2 days after making my payment. I have paid for the service, but I am still unable to use the features I purchased.
