Unable to integrate Whatsapp Messaging into Zoho CRM - Business Messaging

Hello, I want to set up Business Messaging in our Zoho CRM and am struggling to set it up. 

I have logged into the account and our facebook business page, our business shows in the dropdown for WhatsApp Business Account but does not for WhatsApp Business Profile : 



We have a WhatsApp Business Account. How can I complete this set up? I am rather stuck.
