Use Zapier to Seamlessly Create Zoho FSM Integrations

We are elated to announce that Zoho FSM is now included in Zapier. Zapier acts as a bridge between Zoho FSM and thousands of other apps, enabling seamless integration and workflow automation without coding.

What does this offer?

Be it for automating repetitive tasks, synchronizing data between applications, or enhancing communication workflows, you can use Zapier to integrate Zoho FSM with apps from different business functions. Sample these:
  • Zoho FSM and QuickBooks Online for seamless accounting: Automatically copy any new estimate created in QuickBooks to Zoho FSM, ensuring consistency between financial records and service operations.

  • Zoho FSM and Google Calendar for efficient scheduling: Create Google Calendar events for service appointments scheduled in Zoho FSM, helping in better time management and appointment tracking.

  • Zoho FSM and Slack for instant notifications: Post messages in a Slack channel whenever a new work order is created in Zoho FSM, facilitating immediate team communication and response.

  • Zoho FSM and HubSpot for streamlined lead-to-service workflow: Automatically create a work order in Zoho FSM when a new deal is closed in HubSpot, ensuring that the service team is promptly notified and can initiate the necessary actions without manual intervention.

How does it work?

The Zapier interface within Zoho FSM streamlines the integration process, allowing you to connect with numerous applications effortlessly.

Zapier uses Zaps (Workflows), which are automated workflows that connect two or more applications. A Zap consists of:
  • Trigger: An event in one app that starts the automation (e.g., a deal is updated in HubSpot).

  • Action: The task performed in response to the trigger (e.g., create a work order in Zoho FSM).
Once a Zap is set up, it runs in the background, automatically executing the defined actions whenever the trigger event occurs.

The following Zoho FSM actions are supported in Zapier:
  • Create Module Entry: Adds a new entry to a specified module.

  • Update Module Entry: Modifies an existing entry within a module.

  • Find Module Entry: Retrieves specific entries based on defined criteria.

  • Get Related Records: Fetches records related to a specified module entry.

  • Separate Service & Parts: Separate the services and parts from the line item details.
