【Zoho CRM】Deluge による自動番号の開始番号リセット

■概要
商談番号を「自動番号」フィールドで設定している際、年度が変わったら「開始番号」を 0001 から再度スタートしたい。

■対応策
「スケジュール処理」に以下の様な関数を組み込み、「自動番号」フィールドのプロパティ「開始番号」を自動で変更する。

■関数の解説

・invokeapi で商談のプロパティ情報を取得します。
・スコープ「ZohoCRM.settings.ALL」を適用した外部連携(connection)を作成します。例:con_zoho_crm
・取得した情報の中から「fields」の部分を取得します。


・for each を使って、取得した「fields」情報から api_name が「InqNo」のものがあったら変数「num」に代入します。
 ※「InqNo」は自動番号フィールドで設定している API名です。
 ※info num は代入した値を確認している行です。



・更新するプロパティの値を変数「data」に代入します。
 「starting_number_length」は自動番号で使用している数字の桁数を指定します。
 「start_number」は「開始番号」に入れる数字になります。
 今回の例では 0001 からスタートしたいので、それぞれ 4, 001 を指定しています。
・invokeapi を使って、自動番号のプロパティ「開始番号」を変更します。
 「num.get("id")」は for each で取得した自動番号フィールドの情報から id だけを取得しています。

■スケジュール設定
この関数を来年の 1月1日 00:01 などに実行すれば、自動で I26-0001 から番号が開始されるようになります。
