Bigin iOS and macOS app update: Signals

Hello everyone!

In the latest iOS(v1.10.7) and macOS(v1.7.9) versions of the Bigin app, we have brought in support for the Signals section within the Notifications module. Signals notify you about contact touchpoints, such as when a contact opens your email, when an attachment is added to the file cabinet, or when a record is created via email, etc.

In the notifications module, there will be two sections: Feeds and Signals. You can click a signal notification and navigate directly to the specific email or record.

Signal notifications are supported for the below cases:

• When a contact opens an email.
• When a contact clicks on an email link.
• When the email sent to a contact is bounced.
• When you receive incoming emails from the contacts.
• When a contact uploads attachments in the File Cabinet.
• For Email-In activities, including new records created via Email-In and replies received.

Please update the app to the latest version directly from the App Store or using the link given below:
