SUGGESTION:  It would be helpful if adjacent to list entries like, SPAM CONTROL / Blocked Domains, Blocked Emails, Allowed List, IP Addresses, etc. you would allow a field for comments.  One might like to recall WHY they blocked (or allowed) an IP address, Domain, etc.  Thank you for your consideration.
