Customize User Invites with Invitation Templates
Invitation Templates help streamline the invitation process by allowing users to create customized email formats instead of sending a one-size-fits-all email.
Different invitation templates can be created for portal users and client users to align with their respective roles. Setting a default template further simplifies the process, ensuring that all invites follow the same structure.
Users with Manage Users permission can create invitation templates.
A project manager, when inviting design freelancers to a construction project as portal users, can create a dedicated invitation template. This template can have a custom subject line and invitation message, making the invite more relevant.
Whenever a new design freelancer needs access to the portal, the project manager can use the saved template and send the invitation.
