- Zoho Campaigns ne doit pas être confondu avec le module natif campagnes de Zoho CRM qui vous aidera à planifier n'importe quelle campagne de marketing pour votre entreprise, et pas seulement des campagnes e-mail. Vous pouvez toutefois suivre les réponses aux e-mails envoyés via Zoho Campaigns dans le module campagnes de Zoho CRM
Créer l'intégration
- Zoho CRM >> paramètres >> Marketplace >> Zoho >> Zoho Campaigns
- Cliquez sur "Synchroniser maintenant"
- Vous serez redirigé vers la page Zoho Campaigns pour procéder à la synchronisation.
- Dans le cas contraire, allez sur Zoho Campaigns >> Contacts >> Synchroniser les services >> Nouvelle synchronisation.
- Sur la page "Setup sync"
- Choisir le module : choisissez les modules de Zoho CRM à synchroniser. Tous les enregistrements du module sélectionné seront synchronisés avec Zoho Campaigns.
- Synchroniser les listes : dans cette étape optionnelle, vous pouvez synchroniser toutes les listes de diffusion que vous avez dans Zoho Campaigns, ou créer une nouvelle liste.
- Type d'abonnement : sélectionnez si l'abonnement est de type "Marketing" ou "Non-marketing". Pour le type d'abonnement "Marketing", vous pouvez choisir des thèmes de la liste disponible au champs "Choisir des thèmes".
- Sur la page "Associer les champs", associez les champs de Zoho CRM à ceux de Zoho Campaigns et lancez la synchronisation.
Bon à Savoir
Cette fonction est disponible pour les modules "Leads", "Contacts" et "personnalisés" (les modules doivent disposer d'un champs E-mail).
Les champs qui ne peuvent pas être associés : "modifié par", "créé par", "heure de modification", "mise en page", "Wizard" (Assistant), "lookup" et "multi-user lookup", "profil", "chargement de fichier", "sous-formulaire", "chargement d'image".
Si un champs est créé dans un module lors du mappage des champs, ce champs n'apparaîtra que dans les enregistrements créés après l'activation de l'intégration. Pour les contacts existants qui sont intégrés à partir du CRM, ce champs apparaîtra uniquement si vous relancez l'intégration. Par exemple, si vous avez ajouté un champs "Réponse du client" lors du mappage des champs, ce champs n'apparaîtra pas dans les enregistrements synchronisés précédemment. Vous devez relancer l'intégration pour mettre à jour ces enregistrements.
La création de campagnes à partir de Zoho CRM n'est disponible qu'à partir de l'édition "Entreprise".
