Graph API in Zoho CRM

Hello folks,
In addition to the existing IMAP and POP options, you can now integrate your Outlook/Office 365 inbox with Zoho CRM via Graph API.

Graph API is available as an option when the user clicks the dropdown to integrate their outlook inbox with Zoho CRM.

Why did we add this option?

Microsoft Graph API offers a single endpoint to access data from across Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem. This makes it easier and simpler for developers to provide a more modern, secure, and responsive user experience to end users. Together with Microsoft 365 Copilot connectors and Microsoft Graph Data Connect, this API acts as the future-proof standard for working with the Microsoft 365 platform.

Today, your email experience within Zoho CRM with Graph API will be the same as IMAP or POP. Going forward, this integration sets you up to access even smarter, faster, and more connected experiences when it comes to Microsoft services.
