Hi
I have loaded the clients in CRM and synced to Subscriptions.
I have created a product and a plan.
I am trying to create a new subscription for a client.
In order to do so, it appears that I need their card details.
I have no method to receive their card information that is secure and compliant with applicable laws.
How can clients load the card details for a subscription that I have set up for them?
I enabled the portal for the user, but can't see anywhere for them to load card details.
The subscription was to start the next day, so perhaps that is why I couldn't see it.
However, on the day that the subscription was supposed to start, the client got an email from the system saying that the subscription was cancelled.
I have to store their card details in Subscriptions.
I don't want access to their card details, because I then carry the responsibility for securing that data.
Even worse, since Subscriptions is SaaS, I carry all the responsibility, without any of the authority to review, evaluate and monitor the security of the system.
Frankly, I am amazed that any of your clients would put themselves in this position by using your system.
Is Subscriptions PCI compliant?
Thanks
Brendon
