Optimize Applicant Conversion with Pixel Tracking

Optimize Applicant Conversion with Pixel Tracking

Are you looking to improve your recruitment campaigns by understanding how many visitors convert into applicants? With Applicant Conversion Tracking Pixels in Zoho Recruit, you can gain deeper insights into candidate behavior and make data-driven decisions to refine your job postings.

What Are Conversion Tracking Pixels?

A conversion tracking pixel is a small code snippet to track specific actions on your careers page, such as when a candidate applies. By embedding these pixels, you can collect essential data on the effectiveness of your job posts.

In Zoho Recruit, tracking pixels from platforms like Facebook, Indeed, and Joveo allows you to monitor conversions and optimize your recruitment strategy.

How to Embed a Tracking Pixel

Here’s how you can set up tracking pixels on your careers page:
  1. Obtain the pixel URL from your third-party platform (e.g., Joveo, Facebook, Indeed).
  2. Go to Setup > Career Website > Career Site in Zoho Recruit and edit the Candidate Application Form.

  3. Paste the pixel URL in the designated field and click Save.
Note:
The pixel will only track conversions after a candidate submits their application. Make sure the URL begins with "https:". If not, add it manually to ensure the pixel works properly.

Benefits

With conversion tracking pixels, you can:

➤ Monitor job post-performance: Track how many visitors convert into applicants after viewing your job posts.
➤ Optimize recruitment efforts: Use real-time data to adjust and improve future campaigns for better results.
➤ Make data-driven decisions: Identify which platforms drive the most conversions, allowing you to allocate your resources more effectively.

Always ensure that your use of tracking pixels aligns with data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA. Obtain candidate consent and update your privacy policy to reflect the use of tracking tools.
