Vandaag delen wij een aantal tips over het ondersteunen van jouw klanten in hun gewenste taal. Je klantenservice kan namelijk van top kwaliteit zijn, maar als je niet dezelfde taal spreekt als je klanten, blijft het lastig om ze te helpen. We zullen de verschillende opties behandelen.
1. Om nou alle talen te leren om met je klanten te kunnen spreken is niet echt realistisch.
2. Een andere optie is een automatische online vertaler te gebruiken, maar dit is niet betrouwbaar genoeg om je klanten te woord te staan bij een probleem.
3. Je zou kunnen proberen om personeel in te huren en te trainen in elke taal die je nodig zou kunnen hebben, maar dat is erg duur, en onpraktisch als je onvoorspelbare ticket volumes hebt.

Klanten zijn veel gelukkiger als ze in hun moedertaal kunnen communiceren. Het bieden van meertalige support verhoogt de klanttevredenheidsscore, en kan ook de omzet verhogen door het behouden en upsellen aan tevreden klanten.

By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities. If you are not the owner of a scheduled report, Zoho recently removed the capability to see each scheduled report. As an admin who relies on seeing all scheduled reports being sent, this is a terrible update. Now I cannot see ANY scheduled reports...even the ones I am being sent!!
