SSL and iFrame Problem...
Hey, i need some help... i have tried to load the shared URL https://vsrvsql.meeth.int:8443/open-view/5715/d2f9fe2187873f788391a12895f75e9d in a iframe. I will display it in a another software via iframe... ONLY IN Lokal Area... Problem: SSL - The iframe does not load and displayed without a SSL certificate... How is it possible to install a certificate on the server and use the certificate to display the iframe?
Hide columns in pivot tables
I added two columns of numeric data in the pivot table, to get a result in a third column with a formula, now I need to hide the columns with the source data, just to keep the result, how can I hide them? Thank you.
How do I create story boards in Zoho

Zoho Analytics and Databridge - the instructions do not match the install process - can you help please.
I have databridge installed & running in windows and I can connect through Settings> Manage Databridge - it is active. The instructions say I should go to Data Source > Local File but these instructions only fit the Database selection - when I go to the Files option I do not get the databridge when using the Excel/CSV I am trying to import a large CSV file (no other format options are available) What am I doing wrong please?

Importing data to table sometimes not updated/refreshed immediately
On normal occassions after importing TXT/XML files into a table (either few rows or tens of thousands of rows) normally it should get updated/refreshed immediately, then subsequently the chart will get updated. But I've experience few times when it doesn't update/refreshed immediately after importing, even with 100% successful and after more than 30-60 minutes. I did reloading, refreshing, etc but nothing happened. Number of rows (bottom right corner information when opening a table) shows the same

Is there a way to automatically format the width of the column's in a report? I would like to either set the column width and have it remembered or automatic column width format that would size the column to the widest entry.

Cheers People, I added the options on the data source (Zoho CRM) to import the stage history and now i have a new table with this information. This table does not have the name of the connected deals (Potentials) in it?! What i want to check with this report: Show me where my potentials went and when. Anyone know how to display ROI from data in two unlinked tables?
We've been working on this issue with support for weeks but have gotten no where. We're looking for something that seems so simple; a widget in a dashboard that shows the ROI for ad spend (ROAS). Table A has the ad spend cost. Table B has the revenue. We have tried several ways to link them via lookup columns, but nothing has worked. Support has tried to create query tables, but it's proven more challenging than they anticipated. We can't link the tables because they have no columns of data in common.
Invalid numeric expression found
I am getting this error on several canned reports that Zoho provided with Analytics and on several reports I have created. I have not changed any of these reports and I have not altered any of the aggregate formulas that they use. Something has changed recently to cause this error. Alert Message Invalid numeric expression found. The numeric expression contains a String column/value which cannot be converted to numeric.

How do I hide a Dashboard widget from certain users?
I have a sales dashboard with several widgets that show the monthly sales by product line and a user filter so each user can see only their data. A subset of my users do not sell one certain product line, so I would like to hide that widget from their view. I do not want to create a copy of the dashboard for only those users. Instead, I would like to have one dashboard for all users, and those users only see the reports and widgets relevant to them.

Hi, I have a KPI Widget that is calculating the Avg of an Invoice amount. I am grouping by month. What my objective is to do, is to calculate the average monthly total by month. Example: If the date picker is showing this year and say 7 months have passed. I am wanting to calculate the average amount invoiced per month. (Add up the total of each month for the seven months, to get a total YTD, and then divide by the number of months (7), to get the average). This does not seem to calculate correctly,

I'm trying to build a report drawing from synced Projects data that will show planned resource utilization across multiple users/projects, by summing all their planned work hours for all their tasks by month. I'm able to find fields for budget hours and users, but I can't find a field that shows the time element of the table. How do I remove or edit custom ranges on a slider?
I have added some ranges to a slider, but have realised that I either made a mistake or want to edit what I created. I do not see how I can do this. I can add a new one and deselect the incorrect one, but would be nice to keep the area clean and tidy and not have non useful options. Thanks Steve

I currently have the Databridge downloaded for a local database. Whenever I update that database, does the databridge automatically update it in Zoho. Or would I have to constantly re-import?
Images in ToolTip
Is it possible to show an image when rolling over a dataset? Basically I have my chart showing data (impressions) by creative. I want to be able to rollover the creative name on the axis and have it show an image of the creative vs. just having the name there. Or I'd even like to have it show the image in the tooltip along with the other data that I've placed there. Is this something that is possible or something you can add in to your roadmap? Query Table does not update with new data in dashboard
Hello, I'm using the On-Premises version of Zoho. I create two Query Tables that gets updated each week. Both of them are not refreshed automatically with the new data in the dashboard. When i select the query, the data shows the previous week, and when I go to "Edit Design" and "Execute Query" I see the updated data. I try to create a chart like this image: The Acc axis is "Running Total", but show as "%Accumulate". This is what I can do. My problem is : 1. I can not sort bar chart from Max to Min (Desc.) while line chart is sorted by Min to Max. 2. I can use "District Count - Running Total" for Acc. But it cannot show as %Accumulate. Do you have any idea for this case ?

Date Format Doesn't Convert
I'm importing data from Google Sheets I'm trying to change the date format of the "date" columns to mm/dd/yyyy. In my original Google Sheet, the format is mm/dd/yyyy. The initial date format in Zoho is 17 Apr 2017 00:00:00. When I change the Format of Date Columns to mm/dd/yyyy, my date column in the table preview is then changed to a Plain Text data type. If I change the data type back to Date and then create the source, I get errors on the entire Date column: "RESET : Invalid Date value." Is
Sending repost by email FROM the creator of the report
Hey, we have several reports that we would like to send periodically via email. I've set up an Email Schedule but the sender of those emails is either me (as the admin) or notifications@zohoanalytics.com. The user who created the report would like it to be send on his behalf, so he edited the Email Schedule and set his email address (and of course saved!). The email is still being sent on my behalf, and I don't even see the email of the user who created the report. How can we solve this? M.
Importing to same table with differing data sequencing?
Ok, this might be a simple question, but say I’ve created a Table of Monthly Sales (columns) by Customer number (rows). If I have the same 50 customers for a while, so 50 rows, but then I have an import with only 48 customers, or 48 rows, how or will Analytics pick up and place the sales data in the proper customers row and place a 0 in the row(s) where no sales data is for that particular month? If it didn’t then the sales data would be placed in the wrong customer numbers.
