Problem change status
Good morning, this is my problem this morning; I am not able to change the status on any specific candidate. The system freezes and I cannot change status with any job opening. Thank you.

Assignment Rules Not Working For me
I am struggling with assignment rules. I am trying to set it up so that when a candidate applies to a job, the candidate owner field is set to the recruiter that posted the job. I don't see anyway to do this. The criteria picker has no accommodation for whom posted the job. It only allows you to assign candidates by what are frankly useless fields- phone, e-mail, location, etc. By default, I would assert that the candidate owner should be set to whichever recruiter posted the job in the first place.
Careers Page Banner / Tab Control - Background Color is red, no longer respecting theme colors & broken image
With no change on my part, suddenly the tab panel background color is not being respected on my career site. No matter what color I assign within the theme editor to the various elements, the tab banner always shows up as bright red. Are emails sent when interviews scheduled?
Hi, In the old (better) version of ZOHO Recruit when you scheduled an interview for a candidate you had the option to notify the candidate and client by email. This option has disappeared, and there is no indication if any email advices are sent for the interview - are they? Thanks, Robert Lasker

When importing candidates or job openings, what field(s) is being utilized to look for duplicates?
Per the description: 1) When I am importing job openings, what fields are being utilized to check for duplicates? I just did my first test run of an import, and because many of the job openings had the same title (just descriptive of the task at hand), it picked up a bunch of duplicates that weren't actually duplicates. Publish old job
I am trying to publish a job that was previously put on hold and as such, unpublished. Today the job was reactivated but I am unable to republish. I get a popup that says that jobs must be created less than 45 days ago to publish. I am not able to change the creation date. It there anyway short of cloning this as a new job to solve this problem? I really hate to clutter things with creating a new job when the old one is sufficient!

When resume are parsed into the system using this email address: b1lbqv@resumes1.zohorecruit.com - they automatically assigned to a specificrecruiter. Is there a way to change this to a setting where no recruiter is assigned?

Can't create new job posting
Hi, Since the new ZOHO Recruit has been introduced, I can no longer create new job postings. It lets me start the process, but there are things wrong with the interface presented. First, I am not presented with an option to search for existing clients, and when I key in the client name it tells me the system will create a new client, even if they already exist. Second, I can't enter a client contact name, and therefore can't create the job posting anyway. Thanks, Robert Lasker
Automatic Response sending out unwanted emails
We have an automated response sending out an email to candidates that apply for a job. We have found that this automated response has been sent to candidates while they have not applied for any positions. We have checked and looked at their profiles and they have not been associated to any jobs, so we are not sure what has happened here and why candidates are receiving these emails. I did update their profile which may have triggered an automatic response but this did not include associating them

Data Loss
We have been observing many CVs received in the email id resume@jmmehta.com do not get parsed on to ZOHO. eg. on 7th oct. 2015 we have received 37 mails out of witch only 25 has been parsed on to zoho. On 8th Oct. 2015, we have received 16 mails out of which only 9 have been parsed on to zoho. some of the cvs which were not parsed on to zoho are simple files in Microsoft word format. This problem has caused considerable data loss in the cv bank maintains by us through zoho. Please let us know why

Hi I am a newby to Zoho Recruit and work with clients who have a number of contacts that are already listed in the 'contacts' database. However when I go to 'Associate a contact' I only have the option to create a new contact and not attach an existing contact - thus duplicating the contact record? Does anyone else have the same problem or know of a solution to this?

Hi ....... please could you let me know the following........ I have a 'client who has a number of People working for them that are listed in my Contacts I would like to associate a client with their contacts but the only option available would be to create a new contact, thereby duplicating records. is there any way the associated contacts can be looked up and picked from a pick list?

Interview invitations don't work
Another error occurred: When trying to send invitation to a candidate for in interview (candidate profile - click on "new" below interview list) I usualy fill in address, name of the interview and another text which is placed to the template. Today out of a sudden (it means no changes in settings took place) "filling in" stopped working and only thing going to candidate is the body of a template (with no adress, no text) which appears so lame I have to be ashamed in front of our candidates and clients

Also there is a "Rate" field in the Forecast Details. Jet there is nothing in Help explaining what it is. Any pointers please?
