sorting columns in online spreadsheet
I sorted a column, but the rest of the columns remained the way they were prior to the sort... meaning that now I had the sorted column having no relationship to the rest of the spreadsheet. Ugh!!

unwanted hyperlink
Column B is email addresses. Column C is a numeric field. I'm cutting and pasting in email addresses from another site and they sometimes come with a preceding tab. When I past the address including tab into column B, it ends up in Column C. When I go into the cells and clear them out, and restore the numeric value that was inadvertently pasted over, it still is a mailto: hyperlink. I can't get rid of it. Help!
Folders
Is it possible to create folders within Zoho Sheets? If so, I haven't been able to figure it out. If not, it would be a nice feature to add. Thanks.
Merging two similar sheets (workbooks)
I have two work sheets that contain almost identical information and I would like to merge both of them so I have one complete version without having to reenter data. Any suggestions? :oops:
Response Time
The spreadsheet is very slow. It takes 10 seconds or more to enter data into simple fields. Is this normal. ronjones

Cell input
I can't enter anything directly into each cell on either of two files I've imported into zoho sheet. I have to click o the cell to outline it and then go up to the formula input row to enter. Is this the way zoho is supposed to work? Thanks

Text Being Cut Off
Is there a way to have zoho sheet default to show text in the adjoining cell when the cell contains text that is longer than its width? Currently, it just cuts off the text at the edge of the cell and i either have to increase the width of the cell, wrap text, or join to other cells in order to see the complete entry. Not so bad when i'm entering the text in zoho sheet, but becomes time consuming when importing sheets into zoho. michael
Field Height changes
When entering data and I either tab or right arrow to the next field the cell will regularly but not consitantly doulbe in cell height. The data is not extending anywhere near to the end of the cell(this might cause it to increase the cell size). Also when this first failed I tried to copy to another part of the spreadsheet and would not copy at all. When I tried to adjust the cell height back to the right size the grid lines dissappeared and could not see what I was doing. It seems that 3 out of

Sheet does not allow data entry and recalculation
Started having this problem yesterday. Bookmarking specific Sheets
One of the things I like about Google Docs is that it allows me to bookmark individual documents. I tried this with Zoho Sheets -- I opened a document, then bookmarked where I was. However, when I used the bookmark, it opened Zoho Sheet with an empty document rather than the sheet I had attempted to bookmark. BORDERS NOT SHOWING AS BLACK

Hello I am Ricardo from Mexico, I would like to note that it's impossible to me to draw borders around cells on Zoho Sheet. Cannot Bookmark Sheets
Unless I am doing something wrong, I do not seem to have the ability to bookmark a Sheet file. I open the file, then bookmark it. But when I use the bookmark, it brings me into Zoho sheet, but with a blank document open rather than the specific document. I find that Zoho Sheet is a much better implementation than Google, but initial load is slow, and I really like the ability to bookmark a specific file, which Google does have. Thanks. Repeating arrows
If I use the arrow key on my PowerBook G4 to move the active cell, it works fine if I click to the left or right one cell at a time. But, if I hold it down to have it repeat -- the window scrolls, but the active cell does not move. Thanks. jim spincycle
Some Features I\'d Love to See
1. Ability to Sort by any column, rather than 1st column. 2. Ability to Freeze Panes -- such that row/column headings stay visible (as in Open Office, Excel) -- this may not be possible yet. 3. Separate Icons for inserting and deleting rows and columns. I do this so regularly, that I would prefer specific icons that I could click right away rather than pull-down selections. spincycle

I have saved a spreadsheet (multiple times). However when I exit and go back into zoho sheet I cannot find how to open the file I have saved. I am using a MAc with Firefox, if that helps. Thanks

It would be nice to be able to edit "spread sheets" with data that is seperated by white spaces. I am using the service to edit csound files and the format also works well with python. ie if xx in line: if cx in word: comma's just are not as good. I use Zoho Sheet for making some of the puzzles for my website: thegriddle.net As of right now I prefer using all PDF files for my puzzles, so the PDF export option is great for me. I also make all of my puzzles public on Zoho Sheet under the tags 'puzzle', 'griddle', and others depending on the puzzle. As more Zoho Sheet features are introduced, I can make more new kinds of puzzles. I can't wait for conditional formatting, and it will be great if shapes and other decorative elements are planned
Stacked Bar Charts
Hey guys, It would be great if next time you guys work on the charting system you could add stacked bar charts. I have no idea what kind of code you guys use to make the charts, but since the basic concept of a stacked bar chart is just a bar chart with multiple layers, I'm hoping it's not a big task for you to do. Stacked bar charts are useful for comparing percentages across other variables like time. Also, I recently figured out how to use them to generate mazes in picture format. Thanks! Dave
How do I return to worksheet from chart?
I'm not sure where to look for help on this. I've entered a worksheet, and created a chart. After looking at the chart, I'd like to make some changes to the worksheet, and change the format of the chart. When I load the worksheet from the sidebar, the chart opens up on top of it, and I can't see the cells to do data entry. Where should I go from here?
Safari Browser Compatiblity

Excel Plugin killed my Excel?
I have installed the Excel Plugin. It had opened my Excel but I couldn't login to my Zoho Sheet account. I closed Excel and when reopened, it says something about problem with the plugin and freezes. Can I do anything but reinstall Excel?

Desktopize takes all processor capacity
Helloo, I just installed Desktopize. I opened Writer. It took almost a minute. Then it crashed. Now I am in Sheet. It took over a minute to present the sheet screen. Now the provessor is averaging 89% with desktopize. writing this feedback takes me about 4 seconds per character. What's wrong here? Using Windows XP 2nd Edition, dutch version. 1GB internal memory. Formating Numbers
The options to format numbers (and dates) both in the sheet and in the charts are too limited. For example I get in the chart the number 3,000,000.00 and I would like to have it 3,000,000 or even 3,000K.

Some feedback for future improvements: - in the spreadsheets: if you write in a cell and save it without explicitly marking another cell the cells containing formulas that also use this cell are not updated, thus yielding wrong values. - it is not possible to fix columns so that wide tables are easier to browse. - column auto-fit would be cool - quicker access times also :) Thanks fussballliste
