【Zoho CRM】カスタムボタン機能に関するアップデート:レイアウトごとにボタンを設定したり、ポータル内でもボタンを設定できるようになりました。

今回は「
Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からカスタムボタン機能に関するアップデートについて紹介します。 

Zoho CRM のカスタムボタンはタブ内でのみ使用するように設計されていましたが、本アップデートにより、以下の通りレイアウトごとにボタンを設定したり、ポータル内でもボタンを設定できるようになりました。  

レイアウトの指定: ボタンを設定する際にレイアウトを選択できる機能を追加しました。
UI に関するアップデート:リンクとボタンのタブを分割しました。 
ポータル機能での利用: ポータル用のボタンが利用できるようになりました。 
いくつか具体例を交えて紹介します。


レイアウトの指定
これまでは、データの詳細、作成、複製ページに配置されたカスタムボタンは、必ずすべてのレイアウトに表示されていました。このように、レイアウトやプロセスに関係なくボタンが設置されていたため、カスタマイズ性に欠けていました。

今回のアップデートで、以下のスクリーンショットの通りレイアウトごとに設置したいボタンを選択できるようになりました。

 


 

 レイアウトの選択は、適用可能な場所でのみ利用できます。
タブの一覧画面にボタンを配置する場合、レイアウトを選択することはできません。 
 

UIに関するアップデート
前述のボタンを配置するレイアウト選択のアップデートに伴い、以前の「リンクとボタン」タブが、 「リンク」と「ボタン」の2つの独立したタブに分割されました。この分割により、リンクごと、ボタンごとに一覧を表示できるだけでなく、それぞれを個別に管理できるメリットもあります。


 

ポータル機能での利用

ポータルユーザーに特定のタブへのアクセスを付与することで、Zoho CRMのデータの作成、表示、更新を自身で行えるようになります。Zoho CRMのポータルに関する詳細は、こちらをご確認ください。

管理者はポータルユーザー専用のボタンを作成したり、既存のボタンを設定したりすることができます。


また、上述の内容に加えて、キオスクについてもカスタムボタンと関連付けられるようになっています。
