Announcing new features in Trident for Windows (v1.14.5.0)

Hello Community,

Trident for Windows is here with new features to elevate your workplace productivity. Let's take a quick look at what's new.

Add and edit contacts

Previously, you could view all of your personal and organizational contacts in Trident. Now, you can also add new contacts and edit existing contact details directly within the app so you can keep your information up-to-date at all times.




Leave group chats  

Whether you're looking to declutter your chats or exit conversations that are no longer relevant to you, the Leave Group option makes it easy to do both.



We've made a few minor tweaks and added new functionalities, such as the option to:

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:

  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

  1. Select Check for Updates from the menu list.

  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

  1. Select Feedback.

  1. In the feedback window, enter the necessary details under Subject and Feedback Content.

  1. Once ready, click Submit.
