Import tasks, send emails from the native apps and more

Hello everyone,

I am back with our next set of release items. Here's a brief introduction to each of them.

Import Tasks

You can now import tasks in to your Bigin account and associate them to Companies, Contacts and Deals . Before importing Tasks, ensure that the import file contains unique reference fields for each task to help Bigin map it to the respective parent record (Contacts/Companies/Deals). Learn more.

Import different tags during import

There are now two ways to add tags to the records during import. If the imported file contains different tags for each record, you can create a separate column for tags in the import file and map it with the Tags field during field mapping.

Previously, only the option to add the same tags to all the imported records was available. Learn more.

Customize Cards for each Pipeline

In the Pipeline View, you can now display different fields in the cards for each pipeline. Previously the same fields were displayed in the cards across all the pipelines.

Delete Bigin Organization

You can now delete your Bigin organization if you want to discontinue using Bigin. Deleting your Bigin organization will not delete your Zoho account and lock you out of other Zoho services. You must downgrade your account to a free edition and remove all active users in order to delete your organization. Learn more.

Related Emails section in iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android

You can access and send emails from the Bigin native apps through the related tab of the records in Deals, Companies and Contacts modules. Learn more.
