Webform & spam
Hi, We set up 2 webform on our website, fowarding the content to Zoho CRM. Since it has been opened up, we are getting lot of spam message (for now about 20 a day). To lower the amount of false new leads we added the captcha field and new enquieries are send to the Approval Leads list. However we still get some spam. Is there any "anti spam" mechanism built in Zoho CRM, or how is the best way to avoid these kind of spam ? Thanks
Workflow Conversion from Deals to Custom Module not Working
I have a workflow rule so that when a Deal gets to a certain Stage, it creates a job in the Custom Module. The issues I am having is if I have the workflow linking the portal user lookup to the Deals, it works and the portal user can see the new job.

Tabbed area for different information
I have a custom section on the Contact layout. I need to add another one, but am concerned it will display too much information all at once about the Contact, and need to scroll to view more information. It would be great if the section is a tabbed feature

Zoho CRM not supporting Chrome extensions
With the recent Zoho CRM UI changes all the Chrome extensions stopped working. Is this intentional change by Zoho or any other reason. This issue is due to usage iframe in Zoho One UI. CRM is loaded in iframe, so it's not allowing to access elements.

I would like to use a checkbox field as a boolean check for an if() statement. Is this possible? ie. if(checkbox = checked, 1, 0) Seems simple enough, but I can't figure out what values I need to check for - I keep getting 'Invalid data type' errors.
Lookup fields limited to 5
Hello everyone, Does anyone know why the lookup fields are limited to only five? Is there any way to create more? I would kind of defeat the purpose of the CRM to not be able to create dozens of them! Thanks!
