Zoho still appears in gmail after uninstalling from apps
I've uninstalled zoho, but it won't remove the widget from my e-mail. How do I get rid of this widget as well?
Syncing Gmail Without Using Zoho Mail Interface
Our sales team uses Zoho CRM and Gmail, as well as the Gmail add-on. For some reason, emails only attach to accounts/contacts when they're being received within the Zoho email interface. We'd rather just continue sending/receiving email in the web interface for gmail and have the emails automatically be synced against our zoho contact database - otherwise we're required to do incredibly tedious data entry. I'd also be amenable to a solution where we could cc or bcc an address in the zoho system

Hi, we are using Zoho CRM successfully for over 2 years now, but to further enhance it we would like to integrate it more tightly with Google Apps (since we also use the google apps premier edition for mail and calendar). Google Apps users disappeared from settings menu Zoho CRM
Hello, We work with two users from our Google Apps account in Zoho CRM. Till recently, we had full integration, of which the contacts synchronization is of biggest importance. Now, in the menu ´Apps & Add-ons --> Google Apps --> Users´, no users are shown, nor can be added. It seems that the integration for Contacts does not work either... We are in Professional edition. What has happened? What can we do about this?

Hi, due to our organisation splitting, we are looking to transfer one of our Google apps domains next month. We currently have domain1 as our primary domain in google apps, with Zoho CRM. We have domain2 as an alias of domain1 in google apps. Hi, There are 3 of us in our organisation, and we want to use the Google contact sync to keep our contacts between google apps and Zoho in sync. One of our organisation has been able to sync contacts fine through the google contact sync option, however the rest of us have been left out in the cold. New Google Contacts Syncronization
Field Mapping: Zoho CRM Fileds: Last Name, First Name Google Contacts Fields: Name When mapping fields, only one Zoho Field (Last Name Or First Name) will map to the Google (Name) Field. When synchronization occurs, I currently only get the Zoho Last Name Field (mapped to Google "Name" field), and not the first name. Can Zolo allow a map into Google contacts for both the First and Last Name, or am I doing something wrong?

Zoho Writer as text editor in Google Apps?!
Why don't you offer Zoho Writer in the Google Apps Marketplace? I would prefer to use Zoho Writer in Google because it offers more features than Google's text editor. Unfortunately, Zoho does not offer a desktop client that synchronizes local documents to Zoho but there are clients for Google that do exactly that. That's why I would like to see Zoho Writer in Google Apps Marketplace.
Question about Zoho integration of Google Apps contacts
I had some free time today to begin looking at the Zoho CRM for Google Apps add-on that's found in the Google Apps Marketplace. We were hoping this would actually provide "integration" for Contacts, but it seems to be nothing other than a very basic import function. After getting the Zoho CRM component installed and configured in Google Apps I can now go into Zoho Setup->Zoho CRM for Google Apps->Import Contacts. This brings up a not-very-friendly import wizard. Moving users from typical account to Google Apps Account
I have several users that signed up for Zoho using their work email address. We have since moved to Google Apps, and I would like to use the Google sign in rather than the typical sign in just for ease of use for the users. What is the proper way to go about doing this? I would assume they would have to delete their account, then re-sign up using the Google sign in? Please advise on the easiest way to transition them. Thanks!

Error when integrating web to lead form to google site
Hi, My goal is to design web to lead forms all around diffrerent pages of my google apps web site. But when I copy/paste the HTML form code into my google app web site, I get an error message from google apps. First it says the form code is too large and in addition to that it seems that google apps refuses some of the tags and wants to clean the form HTML. I already had a Zoho CRM for CompanyA Wanted to integrate email so created a Google Apps account for CompanyA Changed my Zoho CRM primary email to be the same as the Apps email ID Added Zoho CRM in Apps and when click through sure enough my CRM logs in and appears but thats where it stops - there is no "Zoho CRM for Google Apps" links under Setup as detailed in the KB for this.
