We sent a net promoter survey, and would like to invite our promoters to place reviews in various social media platforms. Can I transfer a survey (from one paid account), to another account that is currently in the trial period? We are setting up individual surveys for different blocks in my neighborhood. We want to give residents the security to know that their responses will only be seen by the individual block captain on their block, and not by the rest of the neighborhood. Thus each block captain needs to send out a copy of the same survey, and we would like to forego the cost of setting up a paid account for allZoho Survey , A question should disappear after a score is achieved.
In the survey we are using advanced options and calculating scores . Now based on the scores we need a way that suppose a score is achieved . Let's say 10 after that the question should disappear. It should no more be present in the survey because we have maximum capping for the questions . I would like to use a multiple choice question format, that includes a write-in box on the right of each choice. This would allow a predetermined choice to have a write-in box similar to how the "other" option does. We are using a very comprehensive survey in Zoho Survey with approx 250 questions. The results of these questions have to be send to multiple modules in Zoho CRM. I know it's possible to only choose one module within the integration-options. Hi I offer surveys to my csutomers in three languages: dutch, french and english. I have my surveys professionnaly translated from dutch source language into french and english. Hello, I have created a satisfaction survey for my clients. However, I do not want just anyone to be able to access this. Is it possible to lock people out of the survey? The survey design works flawlessly on desktop and iOS, however I have feedback from an Android (mobile) user that the NPS options do not 'slide', thus only can give a '6' as highest score. Hello, I'm kind of new to this system but it is excellent so far. So the question: The first question we ask in the survey is: Branch Name They then complete the 15 questions and submit. I have a total of 9 different branch names and I have populated these in Q1 as a drop down box. Now when it comes to the REPORTS suite, can I isolate all the responses from a certain branch and see each branches anonymous totals for each question?
