How to I include a title or caption for a demographic question??
There is an option for demographics where you can select fields such as "Name", "Phone", etc. that we want to use in a survey. However, with this survey question type, there does not seem to be a way to include a title/caption. What we are wanting to do is have a statement along the lines of "Please type your name and e-mail address below to be added to our list serv" and then have a field for "Name" and "E-mail". We can't figure out where to go to add a caption (the sentence saying "please typeDisable certain options in Matrix Choice

Specifically, we are surveying users to find out what is the best time for a class (morning, afternoon, or evening) across multiple days. Some of these days however are days that we will be closed during the evening--so for these days we only want the option of morning and afternoon. Hi there, An idea I already sent to support. As I cannot update a Live survey with new questions or new pages without interrupting survey participants, it would be highly beneficial if I could update the survey as a copy within my account and then move any new questions or new pages over to the existing survey. This way all the surveys responses will continue to be viewable upon the one survey report. This would make any changes or updates really seamless to deploy, otherwise I have to keep closingWhat happens if I close a survey then reopen
I have a survey being delivered in 4 stages. The first two stages, I didn't close the survey, I just removed the url preview link from the facebook post to stop people accessing the survey, to allow me to update the piping logic for survey termination. Prior to the third stage, I closed the survey access to allow me to work on the survey in case individuals had the survey tab open in their browsers and attempted to access while I was working on updating required changes. The end page of my survey should not be this one, I was talking to Zoho support yesterday and showed the guy, though he refreshed the page and it showed up with the correct end page when we were checking through the survey. Though it is still shows this wrong end page which was in fact an older end page that I no longer have, as I have updated the wording. Hi there, Several respondents have this morning reported that there survey access no longer includes all there previous answers they had completed in deployment of stage 1 and 2. We released stage 3 on thursday night and didn't have anyone advise of any issues. Then this afternoon, individuals re-accessing the survey have notified me that their previous answers to stage 1 and 2 are gone. Another admin confirmed she also has the same issue. Hi all, I have set a password for my Zoho Survey at http://thebreakthrough.co/start-benchmark The password works perfectly with The Google Chrome Browser, but won't work with Apple Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Now I have a friend who is working on a similar project, so I recommended that she open a Zoho account. The email with the survey link is to be sent out via a CRM email template When appending the email parameter to the link does it need to be done manually? Can I transfer a survey (from one paid account), to another account that is currently in the trial period? We are setting up individual surveys for different blocks in my neighborhood. We want to give residents the security to know that their responses will only be seen by the individual block captain on their block, and not by the rest of the neighborhood. Thus each block captain needs to send out a copy of the same survey, and we would like to forego the cost of setting up a paid account for allZoho Survey , A question should disappear after a score is achieved.
In the survey we are using advanced options and calculating scores . Now based on the scores we need a way that suppose a score is achieved . Let's say 10 after that the question should disappear. It should no more be present in the survey because we have maximum capping for the questions .
