Include survey into exiting Website
Hallo, i want to include zoho survey to my crm module but only if it is possible to include the survey into an existing webpage. (iframe, javascript ect. ) Is this possible? Is there any help page for this? Thank you very much!Zoho Survey to multiple modules in CRM
We are using a very comprehensive survey in Zoho Survey with approx 250 questions. The results of these questions have to be send to multiple modules in Zoho CRM. I know it's possible to only choose one module within the integration-options. As an alternative we are sending the results to Google Spreadsheet and from there one we are importing them into different modules in the CRM. But the problem is that this connection isn't stable, resulting in export/import incomplete forms. These forms are actuallyaccess

Hi I offer surveys to my csutomers in three languages: dutch, french and english. I have my surveys professionnaly translated from dutch source language into french and english. I know how to offer respondents theire preferred language choice.. But it seems there is no way to thick DUTCH as the native survey language in survey settings???? See survey.jpg. Hello, I have created a satisfaction survey for my clients. However, I do not want just anyone to be able to access this. Is it possible to lock people out of the survey? Example, is there a way where a client must enter their email address to access the survey? If so, please let me know how to do it. The survey design works flawlessly on desktop and iOS, however I have feedback from an Android (mobile) user that the NPS options do not 'slide', thus only can give a '6' as highest score. Hello, I'm kind of new to this system but it is excellent so far. So the question: The first question we ask in the survey is: Branch Name They then complete the 15 questions and submit. I have a total of 9 different branch names and I have populated these in Q1 as a drop down box. Now when it comes to the REPORTS suite, can I isolate all the responses from a certain branch and see each branches anonymous totals for each question? Hello, I have created a copy of two surveys. One with integration with ZOHO CRM and one without integration. The survey that has integration is set up to feed new customers directly into our CRM contacts module after they complete the survey. I have mapped the fields in the CRM to the fields in the survey. The issue is that once I enable integration, the survey does not display and only displays a blank white page.
