Although you can use most of the features in the app without an account, staying signed in lets you save your presentations to the Zoho server and share your work with collaborators. - Can I import presentations on my mobile from other file storage?
Yes, you can! With the Show app, you have the option to import presentations (online or offline) from the Files app, iCloud, Google Drive or any other cloud storage. If you import the slide deck when offline, you can sync it with the Zoho server once you return online. - Will the Show app continue to work on my device if I am offline?

You receive a notification on your iOS device when someone shares a presentation with you in the Show app or when a collaborator edits your slides. - What is a presenter note? How do I view slide notes on my mobile device?
Presenter notes are the reference notes you can add to the slides in a slide deck. Tap the Notes icon on the bottom-right corner of the Presenter view mode to view all the key points you have entered and need to cover while delivering the presentation. These notes will be displayed only when you are casting the slide deck using the Presenter View option. - Does the Show app support Apple Watch?
Absolutely! The Show app lets you deliver and control slides right from your wrist. Pair your iPhone with your Apple Watch to view the current slides, navigate through them, and track the time elapsed during a presentation. - Can I present on Apple TV without logging onto Show app?
Yes! You can cast an imported PowerPoint presentation or a newly created Show presentation on an Apple TV without logging in to the app. Open the app, select the required slide deck, click the Connect to Apple TV icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen, and select the nearest Apple TV option from the list displaying. You can now view the slide deck on that TV. However, to save your presentations to the Zoho server, you will need to create an account with Zoho Show. - How do I log out of the app?
To exit the application, tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and click the Logout icon under Settings. - Where is my presentation data stored?
Presentations that you create or import into Zoho Show is stored in the Zoho's server and can be accessed anytime from the listing page. - What is casting a presentation to a TV?
Casting a presentation to a TV is mirroring slides from your phone onto the TV screen using a casting device. For this, you can plug an Airplay into your Apple TV's HDMI port. You can now control the navigation of the slides using your phone as a mere remote. - Is the Zoho Show mobile app secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, if you store the login information in your mobile device, anyone who has access to your phone can use your account. Learn more about our security policy here.
