【Zoho CRM】フィルター機能のアップデート:ルックアップ項目を使ったデータフィルタリング

今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からフィルター機能のアップデートをご紹介します。
 
ルックアップ項目を使ったデータフィルタリングがより詳細に行えるようになりました。
この機能は詳細フィルターとカスタムビューで利用でき、必要な情報を正確に取得できます。

これにより、タブ間を移動することなく、より深く正確な方法でデータを絞り込むことが可能になります。

◉できること
  • 詳細フィルターとカスタムビューで、ルックアップ先タブの項目が選択可能
  • 複数タブの項目を組み合わせたデータの絞り込み
  • 抽出データへのマクロ実行・一括メール送信・項目更新などの操作が可能
◉活用例
  • マーケティング - 取引先の業種や年間収益で顧客を絞り込み、ターゲットメールを配信
  • 購買管理 - 仕入先の評価に基づいて製品リストを抽出
  • 保険業務 - 契約期間や保険料額で契約者をフィルタリング

 


取引先業種別の連絡先フィルタリング 

画面左にあるフィルターの設定エリア内にある「フィルター条件:関連タブ」から、該当のタブに関連づけられている任意のルックアップ項目を選択します。
「フィルターを適用する」を選択すると、ルックアップ項目を基準としたフィルターが適用されます。


また、本アップデートからルックアップ項目におけるデータ名の検索欄がドロップダウン形式に変更されました。
これにより、検索時に直接データを選択することが可能です。

  

  

利用時の制限

  1. フィルターで使用できるルックアップ項目は最大3つまで(関連タブやサブフォームの項目を含む)
  2. ルックアップ先のタブからは最大5つの項目まで追加可能

 補足     

以前は関連する商談での連絡先フィルタリングのみ可能でしたが、関連取引先の項目でも絞り込めるようになりました。
