Call transcrition working for ringcentral?

I don't see anything about what telephony providers can be used. The Zoho support person A said that RingCentral isn't supported.  Zoho support person B said that it works,  just make sure the call recording link works.

Searching the community for "Call Transcription" returns nonrelevant posts from 8 years ago, when someone asked about it. Relevance erodes with time. 

Has anyone had any success implementing this feature?  

I have spent entirely too much time on this.  I wish I could get back the 2 hours I have spent. I feel defeated and barely have the energy to write this.  I place this out here for your reading.  I don't expect to receive any helpful info from Zoho. Do you remember when Zoho support was good?  You could call them before 9 AM, and the person answering would know how to solve your problem. I miss old Zoho support. This is not the same company that I started working with in 2016.  I see you can get paid support, but why?  Do you get to talk to people who can help you?

I don't understand how I keep losing features and access to other apps.  I keep paying, and Zoho keeps taking them away.  

FYI: Zoho is the Zoho phone service. It is horrible, by the way. The call quality is poor, and the sound is jumbled or breaks up. If you are already frustrated with the CRM, the phone call you receive will only make it worse. 

Zoho was great. I don't know what happened.
