Enable Conversation Context Retention for SalesIQ Answer Bots

Hello Zoho SalesIQ Team,

We hope you are doing well.

We have noticed that SalesIQ bots currently fail to maintain conversation context in Hebrew. For example, when we follow up on a previous answer or ask for clarification in Hebrew, the bot either provides irrelevant responses or simply repeats the same information without engaging in deeper interaction.

We understand that the current bot is not designed to hold a conversation like a conversational AI. However, we believe that adding this capability (In English but also in Hebrew) — would greatly improve user experience for our customers and make the bot feel more natural and interactive.

Feature Request:

  • Add the ability for bots to retain conversation context in Hebrew, so that follow-up questions and clarifications are handled naturally, similar to conversational AI platforms.

  • Ensure this enhancement works seamlessly without requiring manual setup for every potential context scenario.

This improvement would allow our Hebrew-speaking users to engage in more dynamic, coherent, and productive conversations with the bot.
