No se trata de una clase teórica, sino de una experiencia activa en la que cada asistente trabaja directamente con una cuenta demo —proporcionada por Zoho y activa por 60 días— para experimentar de primera mano la configuración, personalización y automatización de Zoho CRM Plus.


Contenido del Workshop: Formación 360° para usuarios  

Durante dos días, divididos en sesiones cortas, los asistentes se sumergirán en los siguientes módulos clave:

1. Plataforma y Ecosistema de Zoho CRM Plus
