We’re excited to introduce a major productivity boost to your CRM experience: Workqueue, a dynamic, all-in-one workspace that brings every important sales activity, approval, and follow-up right to your fingertips.

What is Workqueue?

Sales teams often struggle with work items distributed across different areas of the CRM. Tasks live in Activities, approvals hide in various workflows, and important records scatter across multiple modules. This fragmentation leads to missed opportunities, inefficient workflows, and decreased productivity.

Workqueue addresses this challenge by providing a centralized view for all your work.



Workqueue is designed to help you manage your day more efficiently by consolidating all your critical work items across modules into a single, customizable dashboard.

Here's a quick look at the key sections and benefits of Workqueue

  1. My Activities serves as your task center. View all scheduled, or overdue work with color-coded priority indicators where red signals overdue items and green highlights upcoming activities. You can complete tasks, edit details, and perform actions directly from here without switching between modules.

  2. My Jobs streamlines your approval workflows. Handle approval processes, review workflows, blueprint actions, and image validation powered by Zia Vision all from one location. Approve, delegate, or reject requests with a single click, making decision-making faster and more efficient.

  3. My Workqueues offers the ultimate in customization flexibility. You can create custom views using three methods: import existing module views you've already created, set up date-based filters like "Contacts created today," or establish criteria-based filters such as "Annual revenue greater than $100k." The system intelligently categorizes items into "My Records" for items you own and "Other User Records" for shared items under your visibility.

You can also create tasks, meetings, calls, or appointments with the help of the activities button for the records directly from the workqueue.


Manager View: Team Insights

For users with subordinates, Workqueue includes a Manager View that provides real-time monitoring of team members' queues.
