Notes & Attachments visible on desktop but not on tablets (Zoho CRM)

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with Zoho CRM and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Our Team Users can see the Notes and Attachments related lists in the Contacts module when accessing CRM from a desktop browser.

However, when those same users access the Contacts module on their tablets (Zoho CRM mobile app), the Notes and Attachments sections are not visible at all.

Things I’ve already checked:

  • User profiles and permissions (Notes & Attachments are enabled)

  • The issue affects multiple users, not just one

  • Desktop access works as expected

Is this:

  • mobile app limitation?

  • tablet-specific UI behavior?

  • Or is there a setting / workaround to make Notes and Attachments visible on tablets?

Any insight or confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
