Una vez más, seguimos con nuestra serie de Tips & Tricks sobre Bigin y durante el día de hoy continuaremos con la visita a todos los módulos de Bigin para descubrir cómo nos pueden ayudar en la digitalización de nuestra empresa y en la mejora de nuestros procesos.

En esta ocasión, nos toca explorar el módulo de Productos y las ventajas que nos puede ofrecer para nuestra empresa. Una vez hechas las presentaciones, ¡vamos al lío!

Productos: la llave para hacerlo todo más fácil

Como su nombre bien indica, en este módulo seremos capaces de incorporar nuestros tesoros más preciados, los productos o servicios que comercializamos en nuestra empresa. Al igual que en la mayoría de módulos de Bigin, disponemos de diversas maneras para traspasar al sistema digital nuestras diferentes partes de la compañía. El primero de ellos es a través de la importación masiva de nuestros productos a Bigin, cuyo proceso es similar al que hemos visto en anteriores publicaciones. Otro de los métodos de incorporación del catálogo de nuestros productos o servicios a Bigin es de manera manual acudiendo a la misma parte de siempre de nuestra herramienta, arriba a la derecha. Una vez pulsado el botón de + Producto nos aparecerá una nueva ventana en la que podremos darle nombre y apellidos a nuestros productos.



La plantilla que nos aparecerá será similar a la que encontramos en la imagen anterior y a partir de aquí podremos añadir la información que consideremos necesaria para tener identificados nuestros productos. Además, podremos seleccionar qué campos serán obligatorios y cuáles no en Configuración > Campos > Productos.

Con el objetivo de tener toda la información necesaria a nuestra disposición, también podremos añadir campos adicionales como la comisión que se llevarán los comerciales, la cantidad de existencias de los productos que vendemos o el tipo de impuesto que se aplicará a cada oportunidad que cerremos.



Además de todas estas opciones, también seremos capaces de marcar qué productos tenemos en activo y cuáles no, así como asignar etiquetas que nos permitan organizar y gestionar nuestra cartera de productos de una manera sencilla y eficiente.

Por si esto nos pareciera poco, al tener configurada nuestra cartera de productos en nuestro CRM Bigin seremos capaces de calcular el importe de las nuevas oportunidades que recibamos con tan solo incluir las cantidades requeridas por parte de nuestros clientes.

Nuestros productos ya están preparados para dar el siguiente paso en la digitalización de nuestras empresas. ¿Lo estamos nosotros? ¡Seguro que sí!
