Webhook for zoho subscription custom field update
Hi, Does Zoho Subscription provide webhook for subscription field update? There is a custom field in my subscriptions and I need to trigger webhook whenever the field's value changes. I've tried existing webhook 'When subscription is upgraded' and it's not working for custom fields. Could you suggest any solution? Thanks. Anton

I just want to be sure that I have my head on right when it comes to Credit Notes. I would like to be able to offer a Referral Program where Suzy gets a credit on her account for each member she refers. If I go in to Suzy's customer record and add say a $1 Credit Note each time this happens, is it correct that her credit balance will build? So she refers 3 people in one week, making her credit $3. Hi, I am creating subscription using zoho subscription API and I don't want zoho to create invoice for that subscription. Each month I am creating invoices for each subscription according to my requirement using zoho invoice API. So how to stop creating invoice for each subscription at first time. Hi, the hostedpages don't leave much room for customisations and the alternative would be to serve self hosted ones. I didn't saw any mention about that approach and would like to get feedback from someone who successfully implemented it or from the developers with they thoughts about it. Showing GST inclusive on invoices
At the moment ive only been able to locate how to add tax to an invoice but i can't see how you can have the option for it to automatically calculate the tax for you and show it in the invoice. For example if I had a plan that was $100 a month and inclusive of GST (if applicable), in the country I operate from i'll be required to collect GST but in others I won't. What I want to achieve is two things 1) is to show the included GST on the invoice (if applicable) 2) is to be able to maintain records

I was looking in to using some of the hosted payment pages for my products. I have different information needs based on which product is being signed up for. Is there a way to customize these forms on an individual level? All I am seeing is custom fields that get added to ALL of the hosted pages.

How to handle 2yr subscription paid up-front in Zoho Subscriptions
Our company offers 2yr subscriptions, with the 2yr subscription fee paid for up-front. The challenge we have with setting this up in Zoho Subscriptions is that, after the first 2yr period, we would like to have the subscription auto-renew annually at the 1yr price. So, as an example: initial subscription is $200 for 2 yrs and then, subsequent subscriptions billed at $150 annually. Is there a hack or workaround to make this happen, by chance?

Coupon not applying to Startup Fee
I have a product that has a monthly cost of $236.00 and has a startup fee of $395.00. I want to set up a coupon to waive the startup fee but when I apply a coupon of $395.00 it treats the startup fee like a separate line item and just discounts the cost of the product itself ($236.00 since that is the max is can take of the $395.00). Payment Processing issues with Payflow Pro
I have a customer with an active subscription in Zoho that is getting her credit card declined because of address verification. Here's the problem - all references to her address in Zoho are correct. The incorrect address is being pulled from a deactivated profile on recurring billing in PayPal Manager. Our use case is that the customer will initially select a plan and then he would be charged for it only on 1st of every month. Can you clarify on this whether it is post or pre payment? In one of them, we are thinking about using Zoho Subcriptions but, the invoices that we generate should have a different numbering (in Books we can only use a numbering of invoices). It would be very useful to have the invoice series functionality (for example, F18 / APPS / 0000 ... or F18 / ABM / 0000 ...) when will you have this functionality?
