Bank Balance Incorrect
My Zoho Books "Bank Balance" is not the same as my actual bank balance in my Chase Bank Account, even though the accounts are linked and my transactions are being imported perfectly and are up to date. Is there a way to refresh the bank balance being displayed in zohobooks?
Account Reconciliation: different closing to opening amounts
My closing amount at the end of 31/5 is different to the opening amount on 1/6. Can you explain why and how I can amend. Previously they have always been the same and I would have thought that they should be. Thanks.
CIBC logins not working
CIBC Bank (Canada) feeds have stopped working. I have two logins: credit card login, bank account login. Both have stopped updating. I am getting 402 and 403 errors. I am trying to add a third login for a business account, and it was not succesful. On the Yodlee side, at least the credit card login seems working.

Hi, I've just noticed for the first time that it may be possible to enable feeds from my bank. Although not critical, this may be quite useful to me. why can't I create an invoice from time recorded in projects
Maybe I have not spent enough time researching, but I should be able to bill time spent on projects in ZoHo books correct? I also think that there should be an option to enter an hourly or standard rate for users/employees, resources etc.. and then be able to invoice that from their billable time records.
TD Canad Trust feed not working

When I first imported my Zoho CRM Contacts into Zoho Books, I don't recall seeing an option for Auto Updates. How can I check to see if that box was checked, without re-importing. Hi. I run a non-profit and we have an account in the US and three accounts in a foreign country, 2 of which are in local currency and one in USD. Should I create two separate Books accounts - one for US (1 USD account) and one for the foreign country with the foreign currency as a default (1 USD, 2 local currency)? Is there a way to set a specific bank account up as USD if all the other transactions in the Zoho account are in the local currency?

Hi guys, ive just setup my first business and am learning on the move. I made my first mistake in books by recording invoice payments in addition to the line in my bank account where they were paid, i couldn't figure out how to pair the payment to the invoice it was for so ended up deleting the lines all together. Hi Zoho Books, Can a customer save his/her credit card number in Zoho (actually, on Stripe, Zoho simply stores the token) so he/she does not need to enter it each time? Stripe API should allow you to store the generated token for that customer and for future payment, just use the token to charge. This is functionality available in Zoho Books?
