Search not functioning correctly
Hello, our search function is not working correctly. We have tried searching various names of candidates entered in the database, and the search does not produce anything. Furthermore, when we search subject-matter areas, we receive results for some, but not for others. Please let us know how this problems can be fixed.
Workflows - tasks not being triggered. Alerts are working OK.
Hello. We have had a problem with workflows since approximately Friday 22nd January. Notifications are being sent but tasks are not being set. This has happened with at least 2 different workflows. I changed the tasks to come to my account, in case it was a problem with the user's account, but it still doesn't work.
Resume Databse - Is it possible?
Can I use Zoho Recruit as a resume database? My HR collects all email using Zoho email but we need to maintain and mange these and also be able to find/search using keywords. Is this possible>
Problem with forms
Hey Guys! I have a problem with Webforms, I have a section upload CV, when i try that it does not come to the system. And has not when candidates have applied either. Social Settings not working.
Social Settings issue - I have added a facebook account with a specific page to post, nothing happened. So I removed the account, now I'm stuck. The associated account has no data and the change account doesn't work. I get a message saying that the account is already associated. Can you please remove the association so I can restart the process? Please don't send me a link to social settings page. Please fix the issue.
Account is Inactive" - please urgent help!
My email address - info @ccrarecruitment.com - was perfectly active today but couple of hours ago i couldn't login. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive". I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as i never do anything illegal to abuse the service and i really need this account back. I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account. now i use my other account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please.....please Thank

Importing Information from 2 spreadsheets
Can I upload information for Candidates from one spreadsheet and then add new data from another spreadsheet at a later time? For example we have information in Outlook eg. First name, second name, ph, email etc. And we also have separate information collected in Mailchimp. Will I be able to add the new data to the existing candidate information from Outlook? Duplicate entry issue we're having
I am having a huge issue with duplicate entries. Is there a way to merge duplicates. There should not be 2 profiles with the same email address. If 2 profiles have the same email address and/or other attributes that clearly show it's the same person, can we merge these? I'd like to do this for all of the candidates in our database.

Candidate file Attachment issues
I found consistent issues on Candidate attachments that only seem to clear up if I exit zoho recruit and go back to the candidate record. I have trouble changing the category type for the attached file. Seems to happen when I add a new attachment. i must exit the system and come back in.

Limit of job applications?
Hi! As admin. of Zoho Recruit, my coworker told me we received a mail about an issue because of exceeding the limit of 50 job applications a day, so that day there would not be sent any more automated welcome-for-the-new-candidate mails. She cannot find the mail so I can´t be sure if this was the actual issue; but just to confirm, there is not a limit of applications a day for automated mailing, right?
