Customization of Chat Transcript Emails in Zoho SalesIQ

Hi Zoho SalesIQ Team,

I hope you're doing well.

We would like to request the ability to customize the email template that is sent to clients when they request a chat transcript from SalesIQ.

Currently, when a client clicks the button to receive their chat transcript, the email they receive is:

  • In English, even though our clients speak Hebrew.

  • Uses a default design that does not align with our company’s branding (logo, colors, etc.).

  • Cannot be customized with our own logo, fonts, or structure, nor can we modify the text or format to better suit our audience.

We believe that allowing businesses to customize this email — as we can do with many other customer-facing communications in Zoho — would provide a more professional and consistent experience for our clients.

We kindly ask that you consider adding the ability to:

  • Translate the content to a custom language (Hebrew, in our case).

  • Replace the default design with a company-branded email template.

  • Edit the layout, subject line, and body text of the chat transcript email.

At the moment, we understand that this is not supported, but we believe this feature would be a valuable enhancement for global users who want to maintain brand consistency and communicate with their clients in their preferred language.
