Accounting on the Go Series-46: Effortless Sharing-Send Invoices, Quotes, and Statements from iMessage

Hope you're doing well! Welcome back to our series. Today, we're excited to introduce another convenient iOS feature that lets you send estimates, invoices, and statements directly from iMessage.

Typically, in Zoho Books, you can share PDFs and data by downloading the documents or sharing them through platforms like WhatsApp. However, with our new feature, you can streamline this process even further. Instead of navigating to Zoho Books, searching for a contact, and generating an invoice or statement, you can now do it all from within iMessage. Imagine you're chatting with a customer in iMessage, and they request an Invoice, Quote or Statement. You can quickly search for the necessary information and send it directly, without ever leaving the conversation.

How it works in Zoho Books HowiOS:

➤ Go to your iMessage.

➤ Create a new message or go to an existing conversation.

➤ Add the contact and then click on the "+" button near the text box to attach documents.

➤ Search for Zoho Books from the list and click on it.

➤ Search for the required customer and select them.

➤ Click on "Send Statement of Accounts," "Quotes," or "Invoices."

➤ The data will be added to the text box.

➤ Send it to the customer directly.

And that's how simple it is! This new iMessage integration feature in Zoho Books makes sharing invoices, quotes, and statements directly from your conversations quick and effortless. No more switching between apps or searching for customer details—everything you need is right at your fingertips. Whether you're finalising a deal or updating a client, you can now do it all seamlessly within iMessage.
