email templates are a mess with fonts

Any time I edit a template or adjust the content of an email while using it the fonts change.   Previewing does no good as it appears one way but is sent another.   for example .. this was made using Tomaha 2nd size with NO BOLDING.   and this is what my client received

Moderation Update:

After a thorough discussion with the team, we'd like to highlight a few points regarding this case:

  • The issue could lightly occur for any users using Zoho CRM
  • The root cause lies in how the Template Editor's text component handles text formatting.
  • However, to debug the problem further and to provide a permanent fix, we'd need to analyse the content containing the formatting issue to have better clarity of what went wrong.
  • Sharing the content in the public forum is sensitive, so we recommend writing to support(at)zohocrm(dot)com.

In the meantime, there are temporary measures that can be taken to mitigate these formatting issues as a workaround.

To fix formatting issues on the existing content:

1. Erase the formatting of the entire text content using the "Clear formatting" toolbar option.

2. Then reformat the content and add the desired style manually as intended initially.

How to avoid formatting Issues in new content:

Firstly, type all the content without applying any formatting. Once the content is added, apply the necessary formatting where it's needed. This approach will prevent unintended formatting errors.

Still, if the issue persists, we suggest you write to support(at)zohocrm(dot)com. Hence locking this post!
