How do I add rent, bills and other expenses into zoho inventory?

I'm only using zoho inventory but recently started trying out zoho analytics and I'm unable to get accurate numbers since I don't seem to be able to input regular expenses into zoho inventory, does anyone have an idea of how to do this?
