Introducing APIs for Bigin

I hope you all are doing good. It's been quite a journey since we launched Bigin publicly, and we are pleased to see all your responses so far. Today, we are excited to launch our APIs, making Bigin even more extensible. With the launch of APIs, we are sure that customers can now get everything that they need in one place, and extend the capabilities of Bigin beyond the native features and integrations that come out of the box.

Bigin currently supports three types of APIs - REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Notifications APIs.

API Limits
 
API calls in Bigin work on a credits-based system, and you can find the maximum credit limit in a 24-hour window for various editions of Bigin here.

Opening up our APIs also brings a real opportunity for customers and third-party developers to expand the scope of Bigin by building powerful integrations that will ultimately help businesses get better at managing customer relationships.
 
Along with this update, we've launched our Marketplace for Bigin, where customers and third-party developers can build extensions for Bigin and publish them on our Marketplace to get maximum visibility from our fast-growing user base.
