Team Pipelines
With Team Pipelines, we redefine your CRM experience by extending your pipelines to manage more than just sales. Every customer-facing operation of yours, say marketing, onboarding, customer success and post-sales support can be managed within individual team pipelines and every team pipeline can have multiple sub-pipelines to manage specific processes. With every piece of customer information secured within your Bigin account, it can offer complete customer context, and serve as a single source of truth for all your customer-facing teams.

Connected Pipelines
When a record reaches a certain stage within one team pipeline, you can set a workflow condition for the automatic creation of a new, connected record in an adjacent pipeline—followed by additional workflow conditions as the record proceeds on to even later stages. This way, your team pipelines are linked, your team members are in a loop, and their operations are in sync.
Toppings are additional niche features you can add to your Bigin account to make it extensible and more suitable for your business.

1) Email-in
How many email aliases do you manage for your teams? Are you struggling to keep your CRM updated with every team inbox overflowing with emails? With Email-in, these emails can automatically convert into records in the relevant team pipelines in your Bigin account.

2) File Cabinet
We get it. Collecting files from customers and trying to locate them inside your CRM whenever you need them is never easy. With File Cabinet, you can share unique links with your customers so that they can upload all the necessary files in one go and you can store them securely in your Bigin account.
