The Zoho Workplace applications have got quite a few features and enhancements for the month of July, 2023.

Here's the list for you:

Zoho Mail

New languages support

Zoho Mail now supports five new languages: Sindhi, Sanskrit, Maithili, Manipuri, and Konkani.

Starting a chat in Cliq with a group member made easy

When you view the members of a group in Zoho Mail, you can now chat, and start an audio or video call in Cliq with a group member right from the Group info tab.

Associate signature with delegated email address

Having an email address delegated to you mandates the use of the owner's signature when an email is sent using the delegated email address. We've made it simple by helping you create and associate a signature with a delegated email address.

Outgoing webhooks for Streams

How excited would you be if we told you that, for all the Streams posts created in Zoho Mail you can get a notification or the content displayed in any other application? You can now configure an outgoing webhook to connect Zoho Mail with any other application and get your preferred action done whenever a Streams post is created.

Add users via CSV to export user accounts

Exporting multiple user accounts from Zoho Mail Admin Console is much simpler now, as you can just upload a CSV file with all the accounts you need to export, instead of adding them one by one.

Interoperability with Outlook Calendar

If your business utilizes both Zoho Calendar and Microsoft Outlook for different groups of people, then calendar interoperability can be highly beneficial. It allows the users of both services to view each other's availability. To enable this feature, simply configure calendar interoperability from the Zoho Mail Admin Console.

New Admin Report: Rejection logs

The Rejection logs section lists the emails that failed to get delivered to the intended recipients on a specific date or date range that you select.

Files tab to easily access meeting materials

The files tab will help you to manage and access all of your recordings, PDFs, PPTs, and video files easily. You can upload the materials you would like to share during your sessions here even before the session starts.

Rev AI integrations to help with real-time transcription

Enabling the Rev AI integration will help you with seamless real-time transcription of your webinars, enhancing accessibility for all attendees. You can access, export and share all transcripts with just a click of a button.

Option to Lock Settings for the organization

Admins can now lock certain settings and implement it to the whole organization. For example, if the admin has switched on auto recording and locked the setting for the organization, all meetings held will be automatically recorded.

Show App for Android TV

With the Show app for Android TV, you can view, sort, and play slideshows on your television screen. Use the Show app for Android TV to deliver your presentations anywhere—from team meetings to kiosk events.
