Do you really need an attractive appointment scheduling site for your company?
Most people today look on the internet whenever they need information about professional studios. Getting an Internet presence today is key to the success of the businesses in almost every industry. This is because people have already started searching exclusively on internet to gain information on anything.
This is why you do not want to lose out on consumers like those and give the edge to the industry's competition. After learning what they can about you, consumers will also compare you to your rival to figure out who is the best.
How beautiful your website and booking page is one of the main determining factors for potential customers besides other details about your business.
Most professional studios forget how important that is because in today's world you should use it to your benefit and take a foothold in front of everyone else. It has the potential to gain the trust and interest of your customers in investing in your services with high quality standards particularly when they measure you to your competition.
Certain rules and guidelines need to be followed while doing this. But why?
Each industry follows a certain language of design. When you take a group of companies in the same field, you will find that the way they have their websites built will have some similarities. This is because design language plays a significant role in visually communicating an organization's attributes.
For example, on their websites, pharmaceutical companies use white, green and blue because these are the colors most associated with that industry. Similarly we do need to use a certain mix of colors on our websites. In fact, this is what the clients want to see on your web sites, and this is what shows you on what you are doing to them.
In fact, a well-designed web page will demonstrate you have taken the initiative to create such an image that will certainly please your customers.

All right, so, how should you go about making an appointment scheduling site?
Anything your customer wants to arrange time with your studio will be on your booking page. It will contain all the information they need to know, and be quick and convenient for them to book a time slot.
The booking page design and styling will not be too different from your website, simply because it does not shape a single visual template for your company. In the background picture of your booking page, there should not be much going on because it brings so many elements into your booking page.
It results in your booking page being cluttered and for your customers to try and waste too much time on your website just to complete a booking would not be a good experience.
We would recommend that you simulate a booking after designing your page from top to bottom so that you can find the finer information on your booking page which may not be appropriate. Doing all of this would certainly boost the customers online booking experience.
The best place to start is your background image.
We would suggest that you look at websites of other studios on the internet before we get started with this. Between them all, you can see some correlations. The first thing on will be that all the good ones will have on the website images of their establishment.
This is something that is key to building your customers an enticing booking page. In terms of blogs and marketing material for gyms, photos of customers using their facilities are very appealing. Therefore, if you have any photos from your establishment that can be included on the booking page, it will be outstanding.
You can always get some from websites like Unsplash if you do not have anything like that. More information is provided on how to get images for your background on the guide that we had mentioned earlier.
The color scheme you will be using affects your background picture as well. You can get the color scheme right from there if you have a website for your business. Only look at your website and address this question with a selection of colors: the colors are the most used on your establishment 's website? If you have at least two colors from your website, this is the color scheme we would recommend on your background picture to go ahead. You should keep these colors in mind when searching for background images so that you can give priority to the images on them.
It will mean that the website and booking page are handled alike, and when customers move from the website to the booking page it will look rather consistent. Just make sure that the picture you use on your backdrop does not have too many specifics or elements on it, because it will make it more difficult to read the text that will appear on top of it.
Additionally, if you need to place the company logo on the background image itself, you would need to use other graphic design software from third parties to do so.
What about the other things on your site, then?
Remember your website's color scheme we got? This is the exact one we are going to use as well to add colors to our website. Now that we have finished designing our background image, we mainly have four areas where you will need to apply colors to your booking page: Background Color, Text Colour, Color button and Text Color button.
Make sure that the color you add contrasts well with the background area behind it when applying color to every area. This way, you can also ensure optimum visibility of both the feature and the background.
It refers in particular to the text on the website which is of utmost importance because it may contain details that customers need to learn before they book a time slot on the website. On your post, you can try various colors from your color scheme and select the one on your page that is the most legible.
In case you can not find such a color, you can always go white as white is a neutral color which can go with any combination. Keeping similar instructions in mind, try out different page combinations and settle for one that you think is the best.
The text on your site is probably the most powerful part.
The text above the buttons is the place to keep a few punchy one-liners for your website. You may also use the same place to remind customers of everything they may need to learn before they book the time slots.
Remember that you can count on them to read it before going over the buttons since the text is above the buttons. If you think the space provided for the text is not enough, you can also edit the background with other graphic editing software to contain a small amount of detail.
After each edit you make when creating your booking page, we highly recommend that you test your edit by clicking on the Go To button at the very end of the Workspace settings and checking your booking page's live preview.
This way you can tweak the template while you continue to modify and edit the different sections of the booking page.
Is that everything that you need to do? Not quite!
Some of the most important things about this whole guide is getting feedback about your job. Many times we get carried away with our design that we can often add to our product some elements which are unnecessary or irrelevant.
It is therefore crucial that you get opinions from others you trust, such as colleagues, friends or family, who can evaluate your work and have suggestions that might or might not improve your booking page.
When your booking page has been rolled out, get input from your customers and ask them to suggest any changes from their perspective.
Not only does this act offer you details that you can use to enhance your services, but it also makes consumers feel good when asking for their input because it makes them think like you care for quality of your service. It will only be of long-term value to you as it will also help create customer loyalty to your establishment and services.
