Project Templates & Reminders

I am getting projects all set up to work for our company and am running into a problem that I'm hoping is easily fixable. I have created a project template and within that project, there are reminders set on certain tasks. When I create a project from this template, the reminders are not pulling over with the tasks. 

This is an example of a task within the template with the bell showing the reminder is set up.

When opening the task to check the reminder, it is confirmed they are not being created as they should from the template:
