You can now make smarter hashtag choices without the need for manual analysis. Social analyzes your past posts and identifies the top 10 most engaging hashtags you've previously used—along with the engagement count for each hashtag—and recommends them while you're composing new content. These suggestions are specific to the social channels you've selected, ensuring relevance and maximizing potential reach. This not only saves time but also improves consistency and performance across your social media strategy.
Whether you're promoting a travel deal or launching a campaign, Popular Hashtags ensures that your captions include proven, high-impact hashtags tailored to your brand’s past performance. It’s a simple yet powerful way to increase visibility, drive engagement, and amplify your reach.

Business Events
Session on Business Transformation conducted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)
As part of CII’s multi-city event series, Digitisation of MSMEs for Growth & Resilience, held from June 24–27, our team had the opportunity to connect with small and medium business owners across major cities in TamilNadu, India, including Erode, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, and Chennai.
We showcased how social media can be a powerful growth lever for MSMEs, helping businesses across industries such as textiles, agriculture, food, furniture, and poultry build stronger digital footprints and engage their audiences more effectively. The event was a great success, and the conversations and interactions with MSME owners gave us deeper insights into your unique businesses and got us thinking about how we can serve you better.
Celebrating World Social Media Day
To celebrate World Social Media Day on June 30th, we decided to do something a little fun. We played a quick round of “Kill or Keep – Marketer’s Edition” with a few social media marketers at Zoho. The marketers had to choose between popular social media trends. Their challenge: Decide which to kill and which to keep. Their answers sparked some interesting takes on current trends. To wrap things up, we asked each of them to share one social media resolution for the year, and their answers surprised us!
Watch our short video featuring five Zoho marketers and see which trends survived the game.
We hope your June was just as exciting as ours! Stay tuned—we’ll be back with more updates and highlights in the coming months.
