Hello. I feel like Im missing the point.
We are slowly implementing zoho apps in our company. We are happily using CRM, Creator, Books, Sign, Mail, Workdrive, Writer and Flow. So its time to learn something about Zoho Projects and seems like features are quite unique.
But... For some reason the limit on users is set to... 1? Yes, 1.
We can not find any way of implementing Zoho Projects in our company if there is no way of adding more users. I have just 1 employee who is and will be working with Zoho. All other employees are production workers and they will not work with zoho apps at all so there is no point of extending our pricing plan just so I can manage their work time in zoho projects. On the other hand - if they're not added as portal users its not possible to manage projects including their input.
So my question is as the topic - Is there any way to use Zoho Projects to help our company grow without buying separate plans for each employee I have?
In case you would think Im just greedy and not willing to pay - its not the problem. The problem is the fact that there is no way I can see a return of investment 1330 euro/year (3 workers) just by having the ability to manage my work time in the app.
Maybe Im missing the point because that app is for different kind of industries. Even tho - I still would like to understand the reasoning or ways of implementing Zoho Projects under Zoho One plan.

Task Inline Editing Enhancement
Hi All, Today, we have made an enhancement in task inline editing. In 4.0, task edit is moved in a single screen in a pop-up. We designed this in-order to make the task edit across the product to be the same. Let it be in Feeds, Tasks & My Tasks tab, Calendar & My Calendar tab, a click on the task title will open the popup and user can edit the values. Customers pointed us the inline editing was very useful to them & how much they miss that in 4.0. Based on the feedback, we have rolled out this enhancement.
