Zoho Booking Integration with Desk

Zoho Booking Integration with Desk

Just wanting to share something in case it helps someone else who may run into a similar use case as we did.

Issue:
Currently, the Zoho Booking integration with desk will drop a comment into the ticket when a customer books a time, however it won't change the status of a ticket to scheduled, this made it so other bump workflows we have setup would reach out to customers when the status never changed from awaiting reply.   This naturally from a customer's perspective created a great deal of confusion.

Solution:
Setup a workflow that looks for the private comment and common text that the Zoho Booking integration drops into the ticket.

In Zoho Desk go to Setup > Workflows > Rules > Create Rule
