Zoho Creator Mobile app no Default Workspace

When I use the Zoho Creator mobile app I do not get a default workspace. This is occurring for me and another new user. I believe this is an issue with Zoho One / Zoho Creator. I have tried working with support and it's been over a week of no solution on this.
